Zenthra Paylance uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
1. Strictly necessary
- Session storage — your signed-in session token, kept by the authentication client so you stay logged in. Removing it signs you out.
- Security cookies — any cookie we set is marked HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite to limit cross-site abuse.
2. Preferences
Theme — a local entry remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. It contains no personal data.
3. Live chat
When the operator enables the live support widget, the chat provider may set its own cookies to keep your conversation history. The widget only loads when support is turned on in the admin settings.
4. Analytics and advertising
None are used. We do not embed advertising pixels or sell behavioural data.
5. Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary items will prevent you from signing in. Questions: support@zenthrapaylance.online.
