Risk Disclosure

Last updated: 4 August 2026

Read this before using Zenthra Paylance. It sets out the main risks of the products available on the platform. Nothing here is investment, tax or legal advice.

1. No guarantee of returns

Zenthra Paylance does not offer investment products and makes no promise of profit, yield or fixed returns. Any message promising guaranteed returns in our name is not from us — report it via Report Abuse.

2. Currency and FX risk

Balances held in a currency other than the one you spend in can lose value when exchange rates move. Conversion rates change continuously and the rate quoted at review may differ from the rate at execution.

3. Crypto-asset risk

Crypto-assets are highly volatile and may become illiquid or worthless. On-chain transfers are irreversible: a payout sent to an incorrect or incompatible address cannot be recovered. Crypto balances are generally not covered by deposit-protection schemes.

4. Payout and settlement risk

Bank withdrawals depend on intermediary and beneficiary banks. Incorrect IBAN, SWIFT, routing, NUBAN or IFSC details can cause delay, deduction of correspondent fees, or loss of funds. Cut-off times, holidays and third-party reviews affect settlement speed.

5. Credit risk

Loans create a repayment obligation with interest. Missed repayments may lead to additional charges, account restrictions and enforcement. Borrow only what you can repay.

6. Deposit protection

Whether balances benefit from any deposit-guarantee or safeguarding arrangement depends on the operator's licensing and partner institutions: [protection status — to be provided by the operator]. Do not assume balances are insured.

7. Operational and security risk

Software, network and third-party outages can delay access or transactions. Sharing your PIN, PAK, STK or TVK with anyone exposes you to loss that we may be unable to reverse.
